Guar Gum Powder Manufacturer & Exporter in Pakistan

Guar Gum

Guar Gum Powder, Milled in Pakistan to Your Exact Specification
Quantum North manufactures and exports guar gum powder (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba) from guar seed grown in Sindh and Punjab. We mill to defined viscosity grades from roughly 3,000 to 6,500 cps, in 100 to 300 mesh, with gum content above 80% and moisture held under 12%. Whether you need a food-grade thickener, a fast-hydrating grade for oil and gas fracturing, or a binder for textile, paper, or pharmaceutical use, we match the mesh, viscosity, and purity to your specification and back every batch with a Certificate of Analysis.
Why Buyers Choose Quantum North

Direct Pakistani sourcing: We buy guar seed directly from growers in Sindh and Punjab and control it through cleaning, splitting, and milling. That keeps viscosity and gelling behaviour consistent and gives full traceability from farm to finished powder.

Controlled milling and lab testing: Our milling holds uniform particle size across 100 to 300 mesh, and every batch is checked for viscosity (cps), gum content, moisture, protein, and microbial limits before it ships. No chemical bleaching, no cross-contamination.

Grades matched to your application: From high-viscosity oil and gas fracturing grades to fine food and pharmaceutical grades, we adjust mesh, viscosity, and hydration rate to your technical data sheet instead of shipping one standard grade.

Industries We Serve

Our guar gum powder is used across food, industrial, and energy sectors, including:

Food & Beverages

A natural thickener, stabiliser, and emulsifier in ice cream, sauces, dressings, bakery, dairy, and gluten-free products. Food-grade, 200 to 300 mesh, cold-water soluble.

Pharmaceuticals & Cosmetics

A binder and disintegrant in tablets, and a thickener in lotions, creams, toothpaste, and hair gels. Fine-mesh, high-purity grades for controlled hydration.

Oil & Gas

High-viscosity, fast-hydrating grades for hydraulic fracturing fluids and drilling mud. Carries proppant, reduces friction, and controls fluid loss.

Paper & Textile

Improves sheet strength and formation in paper, and sizing, printing, and dye retention in textiles. Coarser mesh for controlled viscosity.

Industrial Applications

Used in ore flotation and mining, explosive slurries, water treatment, and construction as a thickener and binder.

Certification

Certified for Quality

Every order ships with a Certificate of Analysis (COA), Certificate of Origin, and MSDS. Our guar gum is produced under recognised food-safety and quality systems, and we can meet IFS, U.S. FDA, Halal, SGS, and Sedex requirements.
Our Guar Gum Journey
Every batch of Quantum North guar gum starts as cluster bean grown by farmers we work with directly in Sindh and Punjab. After harvest, the seed is cleaned, split to separate the endosperm, then roasted and milled into powder under controlled conditions. At each stage we check moisture, gum content, and viscosity, so the grade you approve on the sample is the grade that arrives in the container. We began as a domestic guar supplier and now ship food, pharmaceutical, and industrial grades to buyers abroad.

Packaging and logistics: 25 kg multi-wall paper bags with a poly liner and 1,000 kg FIBC jumbo bags, palletised for container loading. We ship on FOB or CIF terms and handle export documentation.

Traceability and documentation: Each shipment carries a Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Origin, phytosanitary certificate, and MSDS, with batch numbers traceable back to the sourcing region.

    Frequently asked questions

    1. Which industries use Quantum North's guar gum powder?

A: It is used in food and beverages (as a thickener, stabiliser, and emulsifier), pharmaceuticals and cosmetics (as a binder and thickener), oil and gas (in fracturing and drilling fluids), and paper, textile, and mining. We match the grade to each application.

    2. How do we request a bulk quotation?
A: Send your required grade, mesh, viscosity, quantity, and destination port. We reply with pricing, a technical data sheet, a sample Certificate of Analysis, and available lead time. Minimum order is typically one 20-foot container (about 20 MT).
    3. What packaging options are available for international shipping?

A: Guar gum is packed in 25 kg multi-wall paper bags with an inner poly liner, 50 kg bags, or 1,000 kg FIBC jumbo bags, palletised and wrapped for container loading. Private-label and custom packaging are available.

    4. How do you guarantee purity and viscosity?
A: Every batch is tested for viscosity (cps), gum content, moisture, protein, and microbial limits before dispatch, and each shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis. Grades are milled to a fixed specification, so results stay consistent from one order to the next.
    5. What Incoterms (shipping terms) do you support?
A: We ship on FOB and CIF terms and can arrange freight, insurance, and export documentation, including Certificate of Origin, phytosanitary certificate, and MSDS. Other Incoterms are available on request.
